 There's 
            great beer to be found almost anywhere in this city - but at the finest 
            restaurants, it's strictly under the white tablecloth. At Oceana, 
            one of the reigning stars of seafood cuisine in the US, chef Rick 
            Moonen and his kitchen crew make exquisite food. But there's no beer 
            on the wine list.... So, I 
            asked. And yes, the sommelier managed to find a bottle of Duvel to 
            go with my grilled fish with a chiffonade of spinach (thank you, thank 
            you).  
 The lesson? 
            Fine dining and beer do go together, but it's only when consumers 
            ask for beer, that more fine beer will be found on the menu.   |
