Maple Ale Glazed Pork Loin
Preheat the oven to 375 F. Blend the corn oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, pepper and ale. Place the pork loin on a roasting pan, and baste with the oil-syrup blend often as it roasts, every 15 minutes. The roast will cook about 20 minutes per pound to complete doneness (internal temperature of 150F). Let the roast cool for 15 minutes before slicing. Serve with pan juices and escalloped potatoes and apple slices.

One boneless rolled pork loin roast, about 4-5 lbs.
2 tablespoons corn oil
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
2 tablespoons dark ale (preferably a maple brew)
