Citrus Lager Marinade

Slice lemongrass length wise and remove centre stalk and discard outer, fibrous husk.
time : Less than 30 minutes
BBQ, mops and marinades
Juice of two lemons and two limes
1 tsp cracked black pepper
1 1/2 cups lager
2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1 stalk lemon grass
Coarsely chop stalk and place in food processor with ingredients. Blend well. When settled, marinate fish up to
two hours but no longer; otherwise, the citric acids will cure the fish.
